TYR Zenglide Recovery Shoe

Nice, clean design, with a shape that slightly reminds me of a clog. They are so comfortable that I can wear them all day without any discomfort. The material feels soft, and the shock-absorbing construction really adds to the comfort. The cobalt blue color is beautiful and pairs easily with my everyday outfits.

In my research on this shoe, people recommended ordering a size down. I did that and the shoe is too small. Because this is a plastic shoe, I can see how it might flop around on a narrow foot with a low instep. My foot is medium wide with a high instep. The "size down," for me, is too short. It fit well enough otherwise, perhaps a tad tight. I haven't decided yet whether to get it in a larger size. I'm 63 and am aware that the bottom of my feet are losing their padding. I could see getting a shoe like this to wear around the house to provide more comfort. I initially bought it for a swim meet, and there's no time to get a replacement before then. It's not a stylish shoe, though I like the colors.
