Exceptional training benefits
I’ve ordered all three sizes and use the various sizes to add variety to my breast stroke workouts, which is my primary stroke. I typically swim 1/2 to mile swims with 30 minutes of treading. The small size paddle give the least resistance but I use them strictly under water, the medium with fins and the large for just breaststroking.

Great hand paddles
My last set was taken at the gym, so I immediately bought another. They're reasonably priced, super sturdy, and an easy and fun way to build my arms/shoulders/stroke strength.
