This is my first tri suit. I wanted something with sleeves to protect my shoulders, but I also wanted something attractively patterned. This fulfilled both those requirements! I'm 5'7" and about 160 lbs, and while I usually wear a medium in clothes, based on the reviews and the sizing info, I decided to order a large. It fits great! No chafing, fairly quick drying. The sleeves and shorts don't sausage my arms and legs, which is something I was concerned about. The only part that occasionally irritates me is on the chest where the zipper rests. Otherwise it's perfect.

Med fit perfectly! I’m just shy of 5’ 7 and around 145. It’s very flattering. I wore this under a sleeveless wet suit during the swim with no issues. I was as comfy as could be expected during the bike leg. Being able to unzip during the run was great. No chaffing anywhere during my 70.3.

Had to return it. It was not very stretchy , one small seam was a bit frayed . I normally wear medium or small in any other brand . This suit was like more like an xs.
