The picture makes it look sort of shiny, but it's not. What looks like reflected light in the picture is really white accents to the geometric fabric. This heavy-duty suit will last for practice after practice. Enjoy!

Heavy duty suit, appears it will be long lasting. Double lined front and back. Streamline cut, unique color print. Suit doesn't "ride up" like others can. Perfect amount of coverage. Material has some horizontal folds or wrinkles in front panel, but not too noticeable. Has too long of a drawstring, but can cut off excess and melt the ends.

I've only used this suit maybe 8 times over the course of 4 months or so, and already the outer print layer in front is already sagging quite a bit, which is disappointing. I think it has to do with weakness in the outer material, the 94% polyester / 6% lycra blend, while the 100% polyster lining is still tight. For a longer lasting suit, Tyr should have used 100% poly for the outer layer for long life. Spend your money on a 100% polyester suit, nothing less!
