Great for open water swims! The heft and propulsion are more than you'd need for most pools but super for negotiating currents. Shorter and lighter than the fins used by ocean rescue life guards, they are perfect for distance. Easy slip on design when entering or exiting surf and heel strap provides a grip which solves the problem of losing fins in the shore break.

The size chart is perfect. I tried to put them on from the package and they were tight. But in the pool, they were great. They slipped easily with the pool strap. I use them to help strengthen my legs and improve my kicking style. I recommend these to others who are working on improving their kick.
