Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Finding modest swimwear that is durable to train in is difficult. And finding one that looks good is even more difficult! This one is a super durable fabric and the built in padding for the chest doesnt get twisted in the swimsuit dryer. I hope to find more cute patterns on unitard in the future. Maybe they will become popular again! The shorts are mid thigh and the back has great coverage. I think the shorts could easily be cut and hemmed if you prefer shorter ones. I'm 5'3" about 145lbs and the 8 was a good fit. Snug.
