Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

My hands are usually a size large in most instances for male apparel. I'm glad I read the reviews on the swimoutlet site. I got a medium and it's a good snug fit for me. This will be an upgrade from my fabric webbed gloves that have not held up to chlorine damage and poor stitiching. Good deal!

My hand is a medium size and these fit perfectly. They are great for drag and resistance in a deep water aerobics class. The quality of the product is great! Other pairs of gloves I've tried from other companies fell apart. These should last a long time!

They are made of a much heavier material than I thought. Swimming cap or thicker. I wear a large glove and the large is too tight to put the second glove on, the first is very hard, but I still have an ungloved hand to help. I put soapy water in the gloves and then they are much easier to put on. With no water in them they float, with water they slowly sink.They allow me to still grab objects that do not have an edge. Unlike a mit.
