Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

This Unitard is wonderful. It fits great and is very comfortable. I have purchased several of these suits that I wear to a swim class 3 times per week. It washes great and has no color bleeding.

I really like this suit. It is thick but not so much it's too much. It is holding up well being worn 3-4 days a week teaching water fit. The padded cups can easily be removed if you wish. Pulling it on can be a workout in itself 🙂 however once on it covers well and is very comfortable.
My only negative would be the sizing. I have the HydroLast regular swimsuit (also really love) but to fit the unitard I had to go back up a size or 2. It is a small but frustrating issue when ordering and switching suits.
