Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Groovy suit for us goats- old, or otherwise ! Finally us Capricorns can strut our stuff in this really cool looking brief ! Fits a little looser than my other Sporti of the same size, but it fits just right- wouldn't want to go down a size. BTW, it measures 14 1/2 " across the waist laid flat, which means this size 34 starts life at about 29" at the waist- perfect for my 31" body. Really a sharp looking suit- the designers did a great job on this one !
