      Surprised!

      When I received these I was skeptical as I could find nothing online to guide me in using them. I have an extensive background in aqua fitness and just winged it. An enjoyable, different, not overly difficult workout for someone comfortable in deep water. In addition to using them to run (with and without additional flotation devices) I have used them working in all three movement planes and found myself pleasantly, mildly sore. Nice change of pace!
